Here are a few of my beliefs:

  • No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care. Maya Angelou
  • We are all self-employed. Some of us just have a corporation as our primary client.
  • Quality at the end requires quality at the beginning.
  • Take Responsibility. How we respond to events is 100% our responsibility.
  • Good leadership can turn a team around.
  • Progress is a temptation, love the plateau.
  • Belief will rule your world. Do the homework to believe in your business, your product, your service.
  • Documentation is alive, live off checklists.
  • Projects get stuck, inertia is overcome by force.
  • Technology breaks for a reason. Always assume it’s your fault until someone else takes responsibility.
  • We see the future in stories. Write your story; write your future.
  • No substitute for face-to-face communication.
  • Celebrate mistakes, there is no lesson in victory.
  • The obstacle is the way. Fear can be a radar to correct action.
