Here are a few of my beliefs:

- We are all self-employed. Some of us just have a corporation as our primary client.
- Quality at the end requires quality at the beginning.
- Take Responsibility. How we respond to events is 100% our responsibility.
- Good leadership can turn a team around.
- Progress is a temptation, love the plateau.
- Belief will rule your world. Do the homework to believe in your business, your product, your service.
- Documentation is alive, live off checklists.
- Projects get stuck, inertia is overcome by force.
- Technology breaks for a reason. Always assume it’s your fault until someone else takes responsibility.
- We see the future in stories. Write your story; write your future.
- No substitute for face-to-face communication.
- Celebrate mistakes, there is no lesson in victory.
- The obstacle is the way. Fear can be a radar to correct action.
