DONSA

Day of No Scheduled Activity.

I’m Catholic and enjoy the idea of resting on Sunday. I realize Sunday is the first day and not the seventh, as the Jewish tradition has instructed us. I think the switch came in about 321 A.D so Wikipedia tells me. Either because of Jesus resurrection or just to separate Christian from Jewish traditions.

I accept the wisdom of the Jewish tradition and rest one day each week. I also acknowledge this implies working the other six days.

For me, Sunday is a day of no scheduled activity, DONSA. And I am eager to work the other six.
