1) instructions: my daily ritual. Wake up; hit the app and it tells me to think of two people I'm appreciate. Then get dressed for a walk;
2) talk to dogs: record barks and match to emotion or desire - food, out, alarm, play, etc...
3) note to future me: 1 wk, 1m, 3m, 6m, 1yr, 5, and 10 years from now - get them back as emails
4) damn the felt right ; lest I forget. Feel really good; just finish a run or eat healthy for a week; spend great time with family. Journal this and be reminded
5) where can I pee? Toilet locator in cities
6) eat like this: virtual restaurant. Teach me to eat a diet forever. Give me ideas based on location 30 min before I normally eat. Suggest place and meal; I rate it and it learns
7) pace me - watch my fitness tool and learn my pattern; when do I normally move and create avatar to chase me. Maybe around a track
8) high 5: five contacts that stretch me to be better. Work the relationship, ask questions: why these people, what do they do, why do you care, etc... Learn about yourself by asking about the 5 and follow them closely
9) reverse engineer : I want to be X; work backwards - quiz me and work back to today
10) can we talk? Facebook and location. Find people near me that are open to STOP (small talk on purpose) - like speed dating but looking for conversationalist
