Teaching

I love to teach, in person, live when posssible.

Beliefs

1. People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
2. Hard learning. Hard forgetting. Easy Learn. Easy forget. The struggle to learn makes the learning stick. Easy learning has the illusion of competency.
3. Teaching is more like swim practice or bike riding. Get the students in the poll or on the bike as early and as often as possible.

Tactics

1. Focus on Azure cloud since small businesses first exposure to technology is typically Microsoft.
2. Fast Start bonus credit. Give small amount of extra credit for early draft copies.
