I put the Salesforce tool to work. CRM should increase sales, not just reporting on salespeople. How do I get people to want to use Salesforce? Meet with folks one-on-one and give them the Salesforce they need and want.

Typically Salesforce is setup to make managers happy. Managers can monitor the work of their people. While this is valuable, it isn't why Salesforce is needed.

Salesforce is for sales. Without the assistance of technology, you are very limited in the number of people you can help. Salesforce can expand your circle of influence.
