Co-creating Ai Leadership course for Creighton's Professional Training side.
Spiritual Exercises
Helping with a class in 26sp semester led by Fr. Carlson.
Taking a graduate class on prayer.
Health
Wearing bio-sensor from Dexcom, Stelo. Still testing; so far not accurate enough.
Eating lower-carb and more protein; nothing serious. Lost 40 pounds last year.
